Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell at a stated price; it is an invitation for you to enquire.

You can browse our range from the Shop page and open any product to view its dedicated single product page, where you will find its description and specifications. When a product interests you, contact us by phone, email or through our Contact page to request further details and a quotation. Our team will then guide you through availability, pricing and the next steps.

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate and up to date. However, details such as GSM weights, dimensions, colours and finishes are indicative and may vary slightly between production batches, and images are provided for illustration only. Product availability may change, and we may add, amend or remove items from the catalogue at any time without notice. Where you require custom sizing or specifications, the agreed details will be confirmed in writing when you place your order.

5. Enquiries and quotations

Prices are not displayed on the Website and are provided individually on request. Any quotation we give is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), is exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges unless we state otherwise, and is valid only for the period stated on it. A binding contract is formed only when we and you have agreed the order and we confirm our acceptance in writing. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or order at our discretion.

6. Orders, payment and delivery

Because the Website does not process orders, all purchases are arranged directly with our team. The payment method, delivery schedule and other order details are agreed at the time you place your order. We dispatch confirmed orders against a planned schedule; any delivery dates we give are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title to the goods remains with Manokamana Traders until payment is received in full, and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Inspection, shortages and damage in transit

Please inspect all goods on receipt. Any shortage, damage or incorrect item must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery, together with supporting photographs where possible. Claims made after an unreasonable delay may not be accepted.

8. Returns and replacements

Standard, unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned or replaced subject to our approval. Custom-made or made-to-specification items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, except where they are faulty. Our products are selected for durability under repeated commercial laundering and daily guest use. To keep any applicable warranty valid, products must be used and laundered in line with the care instructions provided. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any other warranties, whether express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the specifications agreed in your order.
